Polycount Noob Challenge 04

I thought it might be useful for some of my students to see the development of a project based on a concept piece. So I decided to go along with the polycount noob challenge. As well as being a lot of fun to do I hope they will also find it useful. I will be posting up the documentation later, but for now here is the final image.
